shipping & return policy
all orders ship via USPS or UPS, and provide tracking numbers once your order is marked as shipped. contact us directly for an update if your order has not been shipped within 3 weeks of purchase.
if an item arrives defective, return the item and contact us, and we'll refund you (minus the initial shipping cost). this does not apply to broken cases.
international (non-US) customers
please send an email with a list of all the items in your order, and we will reply with an invoice rather than ordering through the store.
